The Position

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-growing startup, working closely with our Recruitment Manager and hiring managers while learning the full recruitment lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing recruitment platforms and implementing recruitment strategies.

• Screening applications and CVs.

• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

• Supporting interview coordination and feedback collection.

• Assisting with employer branding initiatives, including job postings and recruitment events.

• Participating in recruitment projects aimed at improving our hiring processes and candidate experience.

Your profile:

• An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Available for a 4-6 month internship

• Motivated to pursue a career in Human Resources

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit

• Comfortable working with confidential information

• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
