🎯 The role
We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to take ownership of our existing client base and act as a strategic mobility partner.
Within our AM team, you will autonomously manage, retain, and actively grow a portfolio of B2B clients, transforming standard accounts into long-term LIZY ambassadors.
🚀 Your responsibilities
You will take full ownership of your portfolio. You will be responsible for driving account health, anticipating churn, and proactively designing initiatives to hit upsell targets (securing renewals, fleet expansions, and framework agreements).
You understand the needs of our customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs, HR managers, small company owners)
You will conduct strategic check-ins and business reviews, seamlessly negotiating customized growth plans, drafting fleet policies from A-Z, and navigating competitor threats.
You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise. You will become an expert in TCO & fiscality.
🙋♀️ Your profile
Ideally 1-2 years of experience but fresh graduates are very welcome to apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence
Native French, and a sufficient level of English, Dutch is a plus!
Affinity for automotive is a plus, but not a prerequisite
