🎯 The Position
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Account Executive based in Brussels to develop the French market and accelerate our growth in France. Within a team of sales professionals, you will qualify, advise and close the inbound Freelancer & SME deals generated through our website.
What you’ll be doing:
With your drive and charisma you build a client portfolio consisting of SMEs and small businesses across Belgium.
You understand the needs of our customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs, HR managers, small company owners)
You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out to hot leads to guiding customers to order their first cars with us.
You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise.
🙍🙋♂️About you
You have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role (Inbound or Outbound) in a B2B, tech, startup, or scale-up environment.
Eager to learn: Strong desire to constantly improve yourself.
Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence
Native in French, and a sufficient level of English
Affinity for automotive is a plus, but not a prerequisite
