🎯 Your Responsibilities

LIZY is looking for a Team Lead Outbound to drive and scale our new business acquisition across European markets in which LIZY operates. At a pivotal stage of growth, you will play a key role in building and leading our outbound motion, generating pipeline, closing strategic deals and coaching a high-performing sales team.

Drive outbound acquisition

• Lead and execute the outbound strategy to generate new business across LIZY’s key markets

• Identify, prioritize and target high-potential accounts within our ICP

• Collaborate closely with BDRs to refine targeting, messaging and outreach strategies

Own the full sales cycle

• Engage with prospects and understand their business challenges and mobility needs

• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing

• Structure proposals, negotiate contracts and secure deals

Lead and develop the outbound team

• Manage, coach and develop a team of BDRs and outbound Account Executives

• Set clear targets and ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on execution, accountability and learning

Optimize the go-to-market strategy

• Continuously refine ICP, sales messaging and value proposition based on market feedback

• Work closely with Sales Ops to improve outbound playbooks and processes

• Provide insights to leadership on market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities

Experience

• 5+ years in B2B sales, including experience in a fast-growing or scale-up environment

• Proven track record as a top performer; outbound expertise is a strong plus

• Strong negotiation, closing and pipeline management skills

• Previous team leadership or management experience

• Hands-on, execution-driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Highly customer-centric, focused on delivering real value in fast-changing environments

Leadership & Communication

• Passionate about building and coaching high-performing teams

• Able to set ambitious goals, inspire others and influence stakeholders

Market Fit

• Fluent in French and English, Dutch or trilingual candidates are a plus.

• Strong understanding of the current markets, buying behaviours and our ICP
