😎 The Position

As an SEO & GEO Manager, you're at the forefront of our growth. A lot of our customers already find us organically, but we still see huge potential for growth. You’ll be the main person responsible to make this happen across all our markets.

You’ll help define what the next generation of search looks like for LIZY. GEO is still early, a bit messy, and wide open. This means you’ll be pioneering, experimenting, and making sure we’re ahead while others are still catching up.

You’ll work closely with our content and website teams to shape a search experience that’s not just optimized for algorithms, but genuinely useful for customers.

🌱 Organic lead generation - Many customers find us through SEO. You’ll grow this further across international markets.

🧑‍🔬 GEO visibility - Your curiosity and innovative spirit will help us to take the lead in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).

🤝 Building authority - You’ll build topical and domain authority on sustainable leasing.

🤓 Demand insights - You guide what we create (and skip) based on demand, data and SEO best practice.

🦊 Stay ahead - You track the latest SEO & GEO shifts and help us turn it into actionable insights.
