The Position

As a UI/UX Intern at LIZY, you’ll help shape the experience of fleet managers navigating the future of second-hand car leasing. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Product team to bring user-friendly, pixel-perfect, and impactful features to life, making sure our platform not only looks great but also feels effortless to use. You’ll get the opportunity to work on real projects that directly influence our product roadmap, user satisfaction, and business growth. Whether it’s tweaking an onboarding flow, rethinking a page layout, or improving the experience of a new feature, you’ll play a vital role in delivering value to our users.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces across our web and mobile experiences
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to bring wireframes and mockups to life
• Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and data, our design process is lean, collaborative, and fast-paced
• Leverage the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, and share fresh ideas with the team

A good candidate is:

• Excited to learn by doing and contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing digital product
• Obsessed with how things feel, not just how they look
• Eager to understand user needs and craft elegant solutions to real problems
• Not afraid to sketch, test, fail, and try again, creativity thrives on iteration
• Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment where feedback is fast and ownership is high

Your profile:

• You’re currently studying or recently graduated in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• You have a basic portfolio showcasing your design thinking and interface work (student projects count!)
• You’re comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• You’re curious, humble, and always open to feedback
• You communicate clearly and love working with others
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with design systems or have a basic understanding of front-end development
• Fluent in English
