The Role

LIZY is looking for a Head of Sales France to lead and scale its commercial operations at a pivotal stage. With product-market fit achieved, the focus is now on accelerating growth. You will define the sales strategy, build and coach high-performing teams, and drive revenue while combining hands-on execution with a clear long-term vision for the market.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition, Retention & Performance (Core Focus)

• Turn the French sales team into a true acquisition engine (inbound & outbound)

• Build scalable outbound playbooks and performance rituals

• Increase customer lifetime value by driving upsells and minimizing churn

• Closely monitor KPIs and continuously improve productivity and win rates

Sales Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute the French go-to-market strategy

• Own targets, forecasting and revenue performance

• Identify and unlock new growth levers

Team Leadership

• Build, structure and coach a high-performing sales organization

• Set clear KPIs and foster a culture of ownership and feedback

Hands-on Execution & Collaboration

• Lead key deals and strategic negotiations

• Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to maximize commercial impact

• Act as LIZY’s commercial voice in France

Experience

• 5-8+ years in B2B sales, including leadership experience in a fast-growing or scale-up environment

• Proven track record as a top performer; outbound expertise is a strong plus

• Strong negotiation, closing and pipeline management skills
