The Position
LIZY is looking for a VP Sales to join our team.
- You'll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.
- You will lead our European inbound and outbound sales teams across all our markets (currently BE/FR/NL)
- You’ll build and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple European markets, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDRs, AEs, and interns.
- You’ll foster a strong sales culture by setting up the right rituals, processes and tools.
- You’ll develop and optimize outbound strategies, including ICP definition, prospecting, messaging, and automation to drive at least +50% meetings booked per AE.
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing and Customer Success to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and drive revenue impact.
- You’ll be part of the executive team, co-create the company strategy as a strategic partner and report directly to the CEO.
🙍🙋♂️About you
- Experience: You have 7-10+ years of experience as a top performing sales leader for a leading digital company (scale-up). A track record of excellence is mandatory.
- Outbound: You have hands-on outbound experience and have successfully scaled outbound sales organizations.
- Strategic, structured and rigorous: You have the ability to develop a clear strategy and priorities and ensure high-quality execution to meet P&L objectives.
- Entrepreneurial: You love building companies, solving complex problems and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
- Work ethic: You have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver, no matter what.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch. French native is a strong plus.
