The Position
About the Role
We’re looking for a Fleet Ops Coordinator to join our Fleet Operations team and help us scale LIZY’s inbound logistics. You’ll be responsible for getting vehicles from “just purchased” to “ready to lease” — fast, smooth, and compliant.
You’ll manage the infleeting process end-to-end, from transport booking to import administration, while keeping communication flowing across departments and partners.
This is a hands-on role with lots of moving parts — but if you enjoy thinking beyond execution, there’s plenty of room to take ownership of process improvements and suggest new ways of working.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate inbound transport of vehicles post-purchase and ensure timely arrival at compounds
- Own the import process: request necessary documents, follow up with suppliers, and track status updates
- Communicate closely with our sales and delivery teams to align on vehicle readiness
- Ensure compliance on all vehicle purchases, from admin to document archiving
- Drive lead time reduction in our infleet process to optimize inventory rotation
- Take on strategic logistics projects: launch tenders, set up new transport flows, optimize cross-compound moves
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve our internal processes — we’re always open to smarter ways of working

💪 Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet, or a similar role
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or startups is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, plus French or Dutch (additional languages are a bonus)
- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets and project management platforms (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
