🔥 What you will do

• You'll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime as the second employee at LIZY NL, but at the same time you will start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.
• You will join an experienced Head of Sales (10+ years of experience), whom you can learn from intensively on a daily basis.
• You’ll be a full cycle AE. You will not be booking meetings for someone else but will yourself be interacting with HR managers, CFO’s and CEO’s of some of the coolest companies in the Netherlands on a daily basis.
• With your drive and charisma you build, from scratch, a client portfolio consisting of SMEs.
• You understand the needs of our potential customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs or HR managers).
• As you learn these insights and develop these playbooks from scratch, you will be in an amazing position to play a pivotal role in scaling the team and gain coaching / managing experience early on in your career.

A good candidate is:

Your profile:

• Work experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus but is not needed, as long as you have the right mentality and are extremely motivated
• Resourceful: This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
• Eager to learn: Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself.
• Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Affinity for automotive is a plus.
