The Position
LIZY is looking for a Customer Success and Ops Intern to join our team.
- You'll assist the local CS and Ops Manager in Paris with daily work such as contracts and administrative management tasks.
- You’ll be in contact with clients via mail and phone to assist them and answer their questions regarding their contract.
- You’ll be coordinating external partners to ensure a smooth preparation of each new and existing leasing contract.

- Experience: You are a student looking for a 6-months internship and you have an appetite for the car industry.
- Entrepreneurial: You love the idea of being part of a Sart-Up solving complex problems in a fast-growing environment.
- Team: You thrive in being part of a small team working from Station F
- Work ethic: it matters for you to work as a professional and being well organized is key for you.
- Fluent in French and English.
