🔎 Who are we looking for?
We are looking for somebody to strengthen and become a cornerstone of our Customer Operations team (currently 5 people)! Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Support and Issue Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Proactively reach out to customers in order to gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams & Stakeholders
- You’ll be in contact with different stakeholders like the insurance, road assistance, garages,..
- Internal you’ll be in contact with every single department as the customer will always contact you first
Proactive Problem Solving and push our customer service to the next level
- Anticipate potential challenges that customers might face and address them proactively.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues and enhance the overall customer experience
🏅 Ideally, you possess most of these characteristics
- Self-starter attitude with high degree of ownership
- Natural desire to put a smile on people’s faces
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch
- Proactive mindset to identify shortcomings and initiate new projects
- You thrive and remain calm in a dynamic fast-paced and changing environment. Everybody makes mistakes. So will you! That’s not an issue, as long as you learn & we continue to move forward.
