The Website & UX Manager is a completely new role that we’re opening, which lives between marketing and product and is a crucial building block in our growth strategy. Your mission will be to create a best-in-class user experience for our website visitors, to be translated into winning conversion rates.

🕵️ Who are we looking for?
LIZY is looking for a Website & UX Manager to join our growth team. This is what you will do:
- You improve conversion. You delight our customers by delivering an exceptional website experience, measured by conversion rate.
- You develop website strategy. You define the website goals and translate this into a well-prioritized roadmap that combines strategic projects with high-frequency CVR optimization.

You raise the bar on UX design. You can unify our user experience design through the development of customer-driven UX guidelines.
- You learn about our customers. You will become an important customer advocate in the company when it comes to market and persona needs. You’ll develop a very strong understanding of our users' motivations and concerns based on research.
- You work on the full user journey. You collaborate with the sales, operations and marketing teams in order to work on strategic topics like inventory, customer segmentation and content.
🙍♀️ Your profile
- You know what drives conversion: You have 2+ years of experience working on product and UX optimization for a leading digital company (scale-up). Specific experience in CVR optimization is a plus.
- You are a star at UX: You have a strong sense of what makes up a good user experience on the website and translate this into compelling UX designs and copy. Ideally you can design in a hands-on way, but this is not required.
- You drive deep insights: You are very empathic and know how to uncover customer insights through both qualitative and quantitative user research.
- You thrive as an owner: You care about results and you take responsibility for achieving them. You enjoy the freedom of defining the “how to get there”.
- You prioritize what matters: You methodologically prioritize initiatives according to expected customer impact and you’re comfortable saying no to distractions.
- You can brief engineers: You can translate business and customer problems to simple tech briefings.
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French would be a big plus, as you’ll be directly speaking to customers.
