The Position

We are looking for a motivated and polyvalent Operations Associate, who will work within the Compound & Leasing Operations team (3 people) to further shape our 12 out of 10* car subscription experience. Over time, you’ll get full responsibility within your core markets and have full responsibility on the cost side of a € 10m+ P&L.

You’ve had a first stint of 2 years in consulting, at a “start-up” that is too large to still be considered a start-up, maybe in a traineeship at a large corporate. You’ve built more presentations, excel models and meeting materials than you can care about. But you are hungry, you want to grow, you want to see things moving fast and see the impact of your eagerness.
